ASEG LLC is the culmination of twenty years of combining technical engineering services and sales representation. Our Associates are the bridge between our partners (principals) and the customer. By having experienced engineering backgrounds, we can bring highly technical solutions to the table resulting in a Win-Win-Win scenario for all.

Brian completed his BSME in 1988 including a cooperative program with General Motors. After assignments in product, quality and manufacturing engineering at OEM and large and small suppliers, Brian started Manufacturing Engineering Services, Inc. in 2000. After building a network of other technical professionals, he created ASEG LLC in 2018 to further develop the Adaptive model for technical sales representation.

Alex completed his BSIE in 2008. Alex served several assignments through the years in Production, Quality, and Continuous Improvement Engineering all over the United States and Mexico. In 2017, Alex started Hiday Consulting, a small engineering consulting firm which led to a partnership in ASEG 2019.

Paul completed his BSME in 2013 from Western Michigan University. Previously he held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer, Continuous Improvement and Project Engineer. In 2022, Paul joined ASEG as a sales associate and became a managing partner in 2024. Paul also is a co-owner of Clark and Smith Fabrication (est 2016). C&S Fab is a metal fab shop servicing local AG and commercial customers. They have also developed conversion products for late model Ford trucks to be mounted on modern chassis.

Scott is a seasoned business strategist and leader with a focus on complex global manufacturing solutions.  Scott is a third-generation manufacturer rooted in the Metro Detroit Area. Scott’s career is marked by his commitment to continuous improvement, fostering strong business relationships, and a lasting passion for the manufacturing industry. His strategic insights and Willingness to go a step farther has cemented his reputation as a go to player in application solution providing.
